This is tough to explain to strangers, but it’s really pretty simple. He’s got it and now I want it and I’ve absolutely got to have it. We are Norfolk Terriers, and it’s in our DNA. Of course, it’s not the only bone in the house. There are a variety of other bones sitting around the place, but once Ernie picked up a certain deer antler bone, that’s the one I wanted. We were just about ready for Michael Buffer to enter the room and deliver his trademarked line but then I decided to pull out a surprise. I’ve absolutely got to have it, unless I absolutely decide to forget about it and let you admire my incredible patience with puppies that completely ignore the rules of bone distribution in this household, which is what I did in this case.
